A little planning. A lot of possibility.

Good gatherings
start here.

Find a space that fits your community, and bring the details together before the big day.

1. Find your place

Choose an area to see its spaces. Open a profile for real photographs, included amenities, rental rates, eligibility, and venue rules.

2. Make it your event

Apply as a facility renter and wait for administrator approval. Choose a host-approved date, times, guests, and accommodations. Add facilities to your cart, review each estimate, and submit your booking requests.

3. Review your agreement

Your venue, date, schedule, accommodations, prices, and contact details are built into the agreement. Read the complete vendor terms, sign when available, and keep a downloadable copy.

4. Arrange event insurance

Follow the venue’s insurance link or use another suitable provider. Upload the certificate and endorsements, with coverage dates and policy details, for the vendor to review.

5. Complete vendor review

Work with the host on eligibility, security, separately arranged rental payment, deposits, and any remaining details. The vendor accepts the insurance and countersigns the agreement to confirm your event.

6. Apply for HPG sponsorship

Once the event and insurance are approved, your organization can submit a sponsorship request. HPG reviews it separately and records its decision in your event workspace.

Everything stays with your event.

Use your workspace for messages, agreement versions, insurance documents, and status updates. If a confirmed plan changes, the vendor can reopen it for a new agreement.

For venue partners

Sign up as a venue host, read and electronically accept the host platform agreement, and wait for administrator verification. The administrator matches you to your facility card. In your host studio, edit only your assigned facility’s photos, details, prices, rental terms, and calendar. Explicitly approve available dates and blackouts, then review each renter’s contract, insurance, and payment requirements before countersigning.
