Clear expectations
Planning with confidence.
CPBI helps renters and venues coordinate a gathering, keep the agreement available, and review the documents that support it.
Bookings, prices, and payments
A request is not a confirmed reservation. The vendor confirms after its requirements are complete and both parties have signed the current agreement. A booking estimate includes the rental, cleaning, selected accommodations, applicable tax, and any separate deposit. Insurance and independently arranged security are separate.
CPBI’s 20% commission is deducted once from the rental subtotal; it is not an added renter platform fee. Online card collection is not connected in this release. Coordinate payments with the vendor and retain receipt references in your event workspace.
Venue rules and agreements
Each vendor is responsible for its listing information and approved rental terms. Read the eligibility, cancellation, payment, deposit, damage, and event-use requirements before signing. The signed version stays in the event record. Updates create a new version requiring renewed acceptance.
The imported UAW Local 551 agreement needs vendor review because the original sources differ on deposit treatment and refund timing. Signing remains unavailable until the vendor resolves those terms and confirms tax treatment. Its current source contract limits rentals to eligible union-member and immediate-family functions and prohibits fundraising or money-making events.
Insurance and sponsorship
Insurance is obtained from an independent provider. The venue reviews submitted evidence, including coverage dates, limits, insured parties, and activity-specific requirements. An uploaded certificate alone does not prove that a claim will be covered. HPG sponsorship requires a separate recorded decision after venue and insurance approval.
A contract, insurance policy, or sponsorship does not make an event free of liability. The parties’ responsibilities depend on the executed agreement, actual coverage, and applicable requirements. CPBI does not issue insurance.
Account approval & platform agreements
Sign in with ChatGPT and apply as a venue host or facility renter. The administrator verifies and approves the requested role. Approved hosts manage only administrator-assigned facilities; approved renters may search and submit booking requests and cannot edit listings. Host-approved available dates are required, blackouts override them, and confirmed events cannot be invalidated by calendar edits.
Each role accepts a separate platform responsibility and release agreement with a typed signature and explicit consent. The exact version, text fingerprint, signer, account, and acceptance time remain read-only and downloadable, private to the signer and authorized administrator. These platform records are not visible to other hosts or renters. They are separate from event rental agreements. Releases apply only to the extent permitted by law and preserve non-waivable rights.
Account access and your signed platform recordsYour account and event records
Sign in with ChatGPT to access your account. Your event details, contact information, messages, agreements, signature records, and insurance documents are available to you, the assigned venue, and authorized CPBI/HPG administrators. Vendor profile information and approved space photographs are visible to people who can browse the site.
Use event messages to coordinate corrections or document questions. Do not upload payment-card details, government identification, or unrelated personal records. Withdrawing a request retains its agreement and activity history. Email and text notifications are not enabled; return to your workspace for updates.
